🧀AIRFRIED PROTEIN CHEESE BITES I had seen these air fried cheese balls and skeptical, but they really hit the spot. And unlike a lot of viral recipes, this is one of the healthiest ones I’ve seen, especially if you are looking for a high protein lowcarb recipe! Big thanks to succulent bite for the recipe inspiration here. Ingredients: 6oz finely shredded parmesan cheese 65g egg whites Sauce: Use marinara sauce or any dipping sauce that you like. Instructions 1.Mix together 6oz of finely shredded parmesan cheese with 65g of egg whites. Dont use regular eggs here, or it will be “eggy”. 2.Mix the mixture really well, then divide them into balls. Roll these in about 1 inch balls. You’ll need to pack them nice and tight. 3.Lay the rolled up balls on a plate or on a sheet pan and freeze for 2 hours 4.Remove, airfry at 400F for 10 minutes. 5.Dip it into your favorite sauce (I used marinara!) and enjoy.
