If you're looking for an easy holiday appetizer, try mixing fresh cranberries with sugar, cinnamon, and orange juice in a baking dish. Then add a wheel of brie in the middle, throw a couple rosemary leaves on top, and bake. While it's baking, you can also toast some bread for dipping. You'll know the cranberries are done baking when they start to burst. Use a knife to slowly cut into the brie and watch how all that melty cheese spreads into the cranberries. This is so perfect for dipping with sourdough bread or any type of crackers you'd like. So good.
