Pigs in a Blanket Breakfast Casserole
Tis the season for holiday breakfasts and this one you’re going to love. Breakfast sausage wrapped in crescent rolls and cheesy eggs is the ultimate combo for a holiday brunch. This is so simple to make and absolutely delicious. It’s Christmas morning waiting to happen.
14-16 breakfast sausage links cooked
2 cans crescent rolls
2 c shredded cheddar
6 eggs
1 1/2 c milk
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Wrap each sausage link in a crescent roll and lay into a prepared 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with the cheese. Whisk the eggs milk salt and pepper together and pour over top. Bake uncovered at 375 for about 35-40 minutes or until the eggs have set.
