Welcome back to All Crisp No Clog, the series where we make all the crispiest foods with little to no oil. These are crab rangoon rolls inspired by the viral Slurp Shop in San Diego. These are way better than regular shmegler crab rangoon because, well, they're bigger, so you don't have to feel guilty saying you ate ten. No, no, instead you just eat one. One really big one. The filling is super simple with just cream cheese, imitation crab, green onions, seasonings, and make sure you add a bit of sugar. You can also be a complete noob at wrapping and still get these right. I like to use egg roll wrappers, not spring roll wrappers, because they're slightly thicker and can hold more. Spray all sides before air frying, flip halfway through, and serve with sweet chili sauce and enjoy!
