If you're trying to build muscle, these high-protein cheesy beef stuffed potato pockets are a delicious and easy high-protein snack that you can meal prep and enjoy throughout the week. I don't think I've ever been sent a recipe as much as this one, so I'm super excited to give this one a go. And I'll let you know whether it fucks or sucks. Start by cooking down some onions on medium heat until soft, add some optional diced chilies for the heat, then go in with your lean ground beef, let it get a crispy sear, add these seasonings and cook through till brown. Set aside, then boil your potatoes in some salted water for 15 minutes until fork tender. Drain the water, then mash the potatoes up till nice and smooth. Add them to a bowl with some plain flour, one egg and a pinch of salt. Mix that up till a dough forms, then slice it up into 8 equal pieces, lightly grease your hands and flatten a piece into the palm of your hand. Add one-eighth of your meat filling with some low-fat cheese, then gently close it up to form a ball. Flatten it out a little, then add it to a pan with some cooking spray, cover with a lid and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side till golden brown. Repeat for 8 pockets and you're ready to enjoy. My Fuck or Suck series is all about trying vile recipes just like this to let you know whether they're worth your time. And I'll often suggest changes to make them higher in protein and fibre, lower in calorie or just to make them taste better. These 100% fuck and I highly recommend giving them a go. The only changes I made to these, I used charisma potatoes which are a little bit lower in carbohydrates and calories. I could see myself adding these into my weekly meal prep, they're that good. So I guess that's it, until next time, bon appétit and we'll see you in the next video.
