Let's make something out of nothing. Today, we have a classic homemade chicken noodle soup. There's nothing like a warm bowl of chicken noodle soup. I like mine with a grilled cheese on the side. Let me show you how easy it is to make. First, to your chicken, you're going to season that with a little onion powder, throw in some garlic powder, some paprika, a little dried oregano, hit that with salt and pepper. Now, to a hot pot, add in the chicken. Cook it until you get a nice sear like this. Continue cooking it all the way through, then set that to the side to rest. Now, for the veggies, you can freestyle that a bit, but I'm going to keep it simple with some celery, onions, and carrots. Then we're going to add in some garlic paste or minced garlic, some fresh thyme and rosemary. Sweat that out a bit and make sure you scrape the bottom of the pan to get all that flavor up. Next, we're going to go into the pot with some cream of mushroom and some cream of chicken soup. Then we're going to grab some Better Than Bouillon chicken base, mix that with some warm water, and that's going to be our chicken broth. Add that into the pot, throw in your diced potatoes. Season that up a bit, a little more with the seasoning from earlier. We're going to add in some egg noodles, bring that to a simmer, let those cook, throw in our chicken. We're going to hit that with some fresh parsley, give that a good mix, and that's about it. All right, y'all.
