I'm going to show you guys how to make a super popular sweet and savory Japanese snack. We're making potato mochi. It's chewy, cheesy, and really easy to make. Starting off, you want to peel, chop, and boil your potatoes until nice and soft, and once they're cooled, you can add in some potato starch, a little bit of salt, and some Chosen Foods avocado oil. Mix it all together until the dough is pliable, and then pro tip, you can oil your hands a little bit to keep the dough from sticking to you, and optionally, you can stuff it with a bunch of cheese. And now it's time to fry them, so all you have to do is pan fry both sides until golden brown and crispy, and then make a very quick little glaze before adding the mochi back into the glaze and topping it with nori.
