CALORIES AND MACROS for the sandwich and all of the toppings listed- 478 calories 40g carb 42g protein 16g fat INGREDIENTS Marinade; - 3 chicken breasts sliced in half - 1 cup spicy pickle juice - 1 cup franks red hot buffalo sauce - 1 cup low fat milk - 1 table spoon onion powder - 1 table spoon garlic powder - salt and pepper to taste INGREDIENTS egg wash and crusted coating - 2 eggs - 1 cup low fat milk - 1 cup corn starch - 1/4 cup powdered sugar - 1 table spoon onion powder - 1 table spoon paprika - 1 table spoon garlic pwder - salt and pepper to taste INGREDIENTS ASSEMBLY - Potato bun - lettuce - tomato - pickles - ketchup or mayo - 1 slice Colby jack OR pepper jack cheese - cooked chicken patty INSTRUCTIONS 1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees f 2. butterfly and cut chicken in half, throw into a large gallon zip lock bag. Add all marinade ingredients and let marinade in the refrigerator for 20-30mins 3. start your assembly line of egg wash and dry mix. in one bowl add eggs and milk and mix. on a flat plate combine corn starch, powdered sugar, and spices above mix well. 4. Start by dipping your chicken in the egg wash, then thoroughly coating each side of the chicken before placing into a heated pan oil med to high heat thats been sprayed with cooking oil. 5. Cook 4-5min on each side then transfer to a cookie sheet. 6. Once all of your chicken has been browned, place into the oven on 400 degrees for 4 mins, remove and flip your chicken and cook for another 4mins. 7.
