Welcome back to my series where I show you high-protein recipes that aren't boring or time-consuming and today we're making that's insane creamy garlic Beef pasta and it only took me 30 minutes to make in one pan. Exquisite We'll start off by sauteing a medium onion for a few minutes until soft Then we'll add the lean ground beef and season it well with salt and pepper cook for three to four minutes until everything's combined and add Them in scarlet now set aside the lean ground beef while we work on the pasta Toast the pasta in the pan for a few minutes with some of that leftover ground beef and add enough water to cover it Milk and a touch of heavy cream light cream cheese parmesan cheese and the seasonings listed in the caption below Now add the sauce to the al dente pasta along with the ground beef mixture and let that thicken up on medium-low heat for five To six minutes now The only thing left to do is serve it in a bowl top off with more freshly grated Parmesan and parsley before hitting that follow for more recipes
