Ingredients�1 cup cottage cheese, blended�2 tbsp maple syrup or honey�1/2 tsp salt�1 1/2 cups almond flour�1/4 cup protein powder�1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips, divided�1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions�
Mix cottage cheese, maple syrup, salt, almond flour and protein powder until a dough forms. Fold in remaining chocolate chips. Chill for 20 minutes, roll into balls, dip in melted chocolate and refrigerate or freeze!
