Welcome to the first episode in my dump and bake series where I show you easy vegetarian recipes that require less than 10 minutes of work, everything just cooks together in the oven. This one is honestly life changing. It's creamy Tuscan marry me orzo. It's creamy and cheesy but also packs in a lot of veggies so it's really filling. This is one of those recipes that after I was done shooting we just stood around the kitchen counter eating it right out of the casserole dish because it is so good.
