you may not think of salad as a comfort food but this one is truly crepe worthy and it's been known to turn non-broccoli lovers into believers. we've got crispy roasted broccoli, shallots, and bacon all of which are roasted on the same sheet pan for convenience. also in the mix is a fabulous miso caesar dressing that i can truly bottle up and drink. once the broccoli mixture is roasted, transfer it to a bowl and toast some panko bread crumbs on the same sheet pan. now add parmesan cheese, toss, and enjoy!
