So I recently discovered you can make these healthy high-protein mini pizzas with just a few simple ingredients. I blended cottage cheese and eggs and then folded in a little bit of oat flour to make my dough and I spooned them onto a sheet pan, added my tomato sauce, a little bit of shredded mozzarella, some cheddar, some mini pepperonis and some oregano. Baked them for 20 minutes. These things came out absolutely perfect. You definitely want to try them. Recipes in the caption.
