At this point, I might as well change my handle to ‘Cottage Cheese Queen’… But can you blame me?! These high-protein cheesecake jars take 5 minutes, come in endless flavors, and actually keep me full.
This week’s obsession? Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake Jars—because if I’m meal-prepping dessert, I’m doing it right.

Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs (or cinnamon cereal crushed)
For the Cheesecake Filling:
1.5 cups cottage cheese
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
For the Cinnamon Swirl:
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 tsp cinnamon
Add crushed graham crackers to the bottom of each jar, (will link these in my story and add to my march highlight) then fill each one with the blended cottage cheese mixture. Mix together the cinnamon swirl ingredients, add to a pipping bag and make a swirl on top. And literally that’s it!

There are three reasons why I love to prep my high protein cheesecake jars at the start of each week. One, because they only take five minutes to make. Seriously, blend, swirl, and you're done. Two, because they're actually satisfying, like rich and creamy, but packed with protein, so you aren't gonna be left feeling like you want more. And three, because they're extremely versatile. I've made over 10 flavors of these, and trust me, I'm not stopping anytime soon. We have pistachio, banana pudding, and now cinnamon roll. The options are really endless.
