Let's make this super easy Italian ritalini soup in less than 30 minutes. Italian sausage. Now remove the casing, just like that, until it's raw like this. You're going to get a pot about this size, add oil to it, and then add your sausage. But make sure your pan is hot. One shallot, some garlic, smash them. Itty bitty. It's pronounced shallot, but Gordon likes to say shallot, not that I've met him or anything. Time to add the sausage. And I'm breaking it up with my hands, wash your hands. Add your vegetables. Salt. Crushed tomatoes. We're adding the whole thing. This is the shape that we're using, probably half the bag. Add 32 ounces of chicken broth, and two cups of water. Add a couple bay leaves, and then put the lid on top, and we're going to wait about 15 minutes to add the rest of the ingredients. Half a block of cream cheese, a little bit of half and half, a handful of baby spinach. Straight in, darling. Crushed parm cheese. There's nothing to say, just make it.
