LOW SUGAR COOKIE DOUGH PROTEIN BARS😍 Refined sugar free, high protein, and honestly one of the easiest snacks to keep in the fridge when you want something sweet without the sugar crash. If you’re trying to eat lower sugar but still want something that feels like a treat, these peanut butter chocolate protein bars are such a good one to have on hand. They’re refined sugar free, made with simple ingredients, and actually keep you full thanks to the protein and healthy fats. Perfect when you’re craving sweets but want to keep it healthy 😍 Ingredients 1 1/2 cups almond flour 2 to 3 scoops protein powder 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup coconut oil 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup chocolate chips Topping 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1 tsp coconut oil Instructions Mix almond flour, protein powder, peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and salt until a thick dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips and press the mixture into a parchment lined pan. Freeze for about 1 hour until firm. Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil and spread over the bars. Chill until set, then slice into squares. Store in the fridge or freezer for an easy low sugar snack during the week. If you’re focused on low sugar recipes, refined sugar free desserts, or high protein snacks that actually taste good, save this one for later.
