Did you know you can make high-protein creamy tomato soup by roasting tomato, shallot, and garlic for about 30 minutes in the oven. Boy, I wonder how we're gonna make this high-protein. It seriously doesn't get easier. Now, I don't have any bone broth. I mean, I guess I kind of have bone broth because I have it in powder form. It's actually pretty good. It doesn't really add any flavor, but it does add protein. Probably should heat it up in a pan, but eh, whatever. Put it like that. This, this right here, this is a use for cottage cheese.
