Raspberry Cheesecake Protein Muffins 🤤🙌
How to make them:
Mix 1.75 cups almond flour with 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 cup sweetener, 1/4 cup blended cottage cheese & 2 eggs. Fold in sugar free white chocolate chips and pour in a greased, lined, muffin tin. Swirl in mashed raspberries, bake @ 375F for 25 mins. Take them out, let cool and enjoy!
