I've been seeing this easy ramen hack to get a decadent, creamy broth and had to try it. And between us, it's worth the hype. I use Buldak Carbonara for this ramen and all you do is cook the noodles, add seasoning from the package, then add some Kewpie mayo and one egg yolk, which are the secret ingredients. Mix it all together and add some of the noodle water and you'll get creamy, delicious ramen just like the restaurants. And don't forget the chili oil.
