What you need:
1 cup almond flour
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup blueberries
Melted sugar free white chocolate chips
How to make them:
1. Mix your almond flour, baking powder and Greek yogurt into a dough and knead for a few minutes until smooth and firm. *Add extra flour if needed
2. Gently fold in the blueberries, then roll into small golf ball sized balls.
3. Spray with oil. Air fry at 360ºF for 8–10 minutes until golden.
4. Drizzle with the melted chocolate and enjoy!
Pro tip.. It helps to roll the dough into balls and then kind of form it around your blueberries to avoid them getting squished and making the dough too sticky.
