This is the best thing my Mexican friends ever taught me. In the discada, tomato, onion, seasonings, bacon, pork, steak, peppers, chorizo, a smoked sausage corona. Crank that up. Beautiful view. Bacon first, let it cook down. Bacon's gotta be super crispy so it's not soft. Chorizo next. Same thing with chorizo, make sure it's nice and cooked down. Crispy. Pork. Pork is cooked. Beef, steak, right? Totally. Smoked sausage. No, you're good. Meat is halfway cooked. Make a hole in the middle for the veggies. Green and red pepper. All right. All right, onions. Hit the onions. Adobo, chipotle. Hang on. Is that enough you think? I ate all, another one. Paprika, garlic, onion, salt, pepper. For about 45 minutes with some coronas. Just sit for a while, don't burn it.
