2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tsp avocado oil 
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon baking soda For the sauce:
1/2 cup chicken stock (or beef stock) 2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine 3 tablespoons soy sauce 
2 teaspoon dark soy sauce 1 tbsp brown sugar (or white sugar) 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional) Stir-fry
1 head broccoli , cut to bite-size floret
1 tablespoon avocado oil
3 garlic cloves , minced
2 teaspoons ginger , minced 8oz dry Protein spaghetti pasta Instructions: 1. Slice the beef against the grain into 0.5 cm (1/4 inch) thick slices. Transfer to a medium bowl. And marinate with the ingredients listed under the marinade section for 10 minutes while preparing the other ingredients. 2. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a measuring cup and set aside. 3. On high heat, add 1/4 cup water, the broccoli, and steam for 1 minute. Then set aside 4. Then in a pan on high heat add 1 tbsp avocado oil and spread the steak in a single layer. Allow to cook without touching for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom side is browned. Flip and stir fry for 30 more seconds. 5. Add back the broccoli with garlic and ginger stir fry for 2-3 mins then add the PASTA and the sauce - make sure to stir sauce first before adding it! 6. Welcome back to my series where I show you high-protein recipes that aren't boring or time-consuming today We're making that is insane broccoli beef with noodles and this only took me 30 minutes to make squiz it We'll start off by cutting some top sirloin into thin strips. Just like this Soy sauce corn starch and some baking soda That's gonna help tenderize the meat now mix this well and let that marinate for 10 minutes while we work on everything else by boiling Some protein pasta until al dente then set it to the side to some chicken broth We'll add some soy sauce Shaoxing wine brown sugar dark soy sauce and corn starch Now steam a whole head of broccoli for a minute and set that to the side now on high heat fry up the beef in a single layer and only flip when it develops a beautiful go to brown cut I back the broccoli with garlic and ginger and cook for a few more minutes before adding the pasta and the sauce And now the only thing left to do is to serve up the noodles top off with green onions and sesame seeds before hitting that fall for more
