for the mac n cheese:
105g of cooked large macaroni
1/2 cup of low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup nonfat shredded cheese
3 tbsps low-fat milk
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
garlic/onion powder
Instructions⬇️:
Season the chicken breast with the listed seasonings above. Cook the chicken on medium heat for 5-7 minutes on both sides.
Add the mac n cheese ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Add the mixture to a saucepan and bring to a simmer for 1-2 minutes. Stir in cooked macaroni.
