At 64 grams of protein and only 560 calories, this Honey Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese Honey Buffalo Mac and Cheese Okay, okay, I'll go make it. You make yours, we'll meet back here. It's a delicious and easy meal prep idea you can make for the whole week. Let me show you how to make it. We're going to combine 1 1⁄2 cups of cottage cheese, ½ cup of fat-free cheddar, 1 mac and cheese packet, ¼ cup buffalo sauce, ½ cup of fat-free milk, and blend everything together until completely smooth. Next, we're going to take out 24 ounces of chicken breast, dice them into cubes, transfer to a bowl, add in garlic salt, onion powder, tablespoon of corn starch, and mix it all together. We're going to add our chicken to a hot pan, cook for 15 minutes until the chicken is crispy, add in 2 tablespoons of honey, 4 tablespoons of buffalo sauce, and reduce for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. After that, we're going to add our cooked protein pasta to a bowl, along with our sauce, and mix it all together until fully combined. And finally, we're going to top our pasta with our chicken, a drizzle of light ranch, buffalo sauce, and fresh chives. Alright! You got yours? Perfect! Obviously, I used reduced fat cheese, not fat-free, because I care about my taste buds. Mmm! It tastes exactly as good as you think it does. And you know what I love about this? It's so customizable, because I eat more tofu than chicken, so I'm definitely going to try this with tofu, or add some veggies, or some peas. Yes! Peas and mac and cheese is a thing! I didn't make that up. I know a bunch of you are unfollowing me now because I said that, but whatever, okay? Oh yeah, and for a rating, um, 12.5 out of 10.
