It's so rich and delicious and comes together in just 30 minutes and in one pan. Just fry up some onions in the seasoning listed below then add your diced chicken, chopped sundried tomatoes, orzo, stock and cream and simmer until the consistency is silky like so. I love to add fresh basil instead of spinach but make sure to grate plenty of parmesan to your heart's content and follow along to see what I make next.
