This is how to make the fluffiest, high-protein, four-ingredient bagels, with 18 grams of protein each, that are so easy to make. In a bowl, add bread flour, baking powder, and salt to taste. Mix, then add 0% Greek yogurt, mix again, and form into a big dough ball. Divide that up into four pieces, then roll them out and pinch the ends to form a bagel. Place those on a tray, brush with egg wash, add some optional sesame seeds, then bake in the oven with these settings. They should come out golden brown like this, and soft and chewy in the centre. You can use these for whatever you like, I made these high-protein breakfast bagels. Enjoy!
