I might have lost 100 pounds, but I still love eating cookie dough, so let's make this healthier high-protein version. Making this is super easy, we're just gonna combine oat flour, non-fat Greek yogurt, stevia, vanilla extract, low-calorie peanut butter, a pinch of salt, your favorite protein powder, and chocolate chips. Give it a good mix and throw it in the fridge to cool for 10 to 20 minutes. While that was in the fridge, I got thirsty, so I made myself a water boy.
