HIGH PROTEIN MARRY ME CHICKEN SOUP If you love incredible, high-protein soups that are so good, you’ve got to try my Marry Me Chicken Soup. This is a simple one-pot dish and comes out SO good — and it’s insanely easy to make. Here is how I made it: Finely dice a large yellow onion. 1. Bring a large pot to low-medium heat, add 2 tbsp olive oil, add the diced onion, and sauté until translucent (a couple minutes). Add a few pinches of salt, fresh cracked pepper, 1½ tbsp oregano, and mix using a spatula. 2. Bring the pot to medium heat and add 1 lb diced seasoned chicken. To season the chicken, grab 1 lb diced chicken and season with a couple pinches of salt & pepper, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp oregano, and 1 tbsp garlic powder. Mix well. 3. Add 3–4 minced garlic cloves, mix well, and let the chicken brown up, mixing regularly for about 8 minutes. 4. Add ½ cup of diced marinated sundried tomatoes (the one I use is marinated in olive oil), 3 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tbsp paprika, and mix well for about 1–2 minutes. 5. Add 1 cup of cream, 32–40 oz bone broth, cover, and bring to a simmer. This should take about 6–10 minutes. 6. Finally, add your pasta of choice and cook for the time according to its packaging instructions. I used my Kaizen Food Company radiatori low-carb pasta (it’s keto-friendly and high-protein with 20g protein a serving) and cooked the pasta for 5 minutes total. 7. Two minutes before the pasta is done, add 2 large handfuls of spinach (about 3–4 oz) and a small handful of fresh basil. 8. Mix well, taste, and adjust. This is best served right away. Serve in bowls and optionally top with shredded parmesan cheese, more fresh basil, and chili flakes. If prepping this in advance, it’s best to leave the pasta out and add when reheating. ENJOY! #lowcarb #lowcarbrecipes #keto #ketorecipes #healthyfoodshare #healthyrecipes #ketopasta #souprecipe

It's officially soup season and this is how you can make a one-pot, high-protein, low-carb Marry Me Chicken Soup that is so easy and so good. We're gonna start by sautéing yellow onion, seasoned chicken thighs with a few easy spices, then dice them up and add them to that same pot with minced garlic. Toss in roughly diced sun-dried tomato, a couple spoonfuls of tomato paste, some cream and bone broth before you bring it all to a simmer. I'm using my high-protein, low-carb Kaizen pasta for the recipe, but you can use any pasta that you prefer, then toss in some spinach, serve it up and enjoy. Full recipes in the caption. Check it out!
