This sandwich is an ode to one of my favorite Nantucket spots called Fresh. This is a bacon, eggs, and pesto sandwich with creamy burrata on toasted sourdough bread. The bacon and pesto is folded into the egg so everything is melted together before topped on lots of creamy burrata and heirloom tomatoes. The tomatoes and fresh pesto make this a great end-of-summer breakfast stack you gotta try.
